There are two reception rooms, a big kitchen and a utility. The main sitting-room has two soft leather sofas and a frequently-lit open fire.
At the rear is a sunny tropical-style garden. A new garden is being planted at the front.
This house is in a fantastic location with a wide variety of shops (including a Superquinn supermarktet), two parks, several gyms / swimming pool in the immediate area.
The city centre is within walking distance and there is a good choice of buses nearby including 18, 19a, 54a, 83; many more buses are available a short walk from here.
