Aims of the IGBA IGBA aims to bring together and represent members of the gay business community. In addition to valuable networking and education resources for its members, the non-profit organisation will promote best practice amongst companies in need of diversity policy enhancement. Objectives of the IGBA • To support solidarity between businesses serving the gay community and developing the extent and quality of services and products offered. • To facilitate the development of an international best practice among the gay business community. • To promote, encourage, and grow the economic success of gay owned and operated businesses in Ireland. • To cultivate entrepreneurship within the gay community of Ireland
