I have to agree with Pinky Boi..

Although i havent had any trouble at the door to date. The last time i was there which was about a month ago it was awful.
The corner that was mentioned was brimming with straight couples dancing over excitedly and bumping into anyone.

I like to plug my blog and I have no shame in doing so!

Three newbies including myself have joined here to complain. Now I'm not an 'ex-staff member' but even if the other 2 were, theres still another 30 odd non-newbies on this thread who are concerned and upset about the issues in the G and D. There is your balance.

It sounds to be spacehopper that you might work for Capital bars or the G and you are trying to write this thread off as a case of sour grapes among disgruntled employees instead of actually listening to what we your customers are saying. If im wrong in my assumptions then I apologise in advance.

Next time they ask you if you are gay, say no politiely and if they then refuse you entry take a note of the time and the discription of the bouncer and any other bouncers around. Then ask for his bouncer ID number and name and ask anyone around who heard them say that for their name and number. Then take a case in the Equality Tribunal. Cheap as Chips

Something deffo needs to be done

eugh I noticed this last few times been in there - upstairs near the DJ booth has turned into shwa-central like! And they get absolutely wasted fall over the place trying to dance and spill half their drink on top of you or completely spill yours...fuckers!

What the hell is a chung and a shwa? I'm nervous about getting in now.

Not an ex-staff member, just a champion blagger which is how I got the keyring!

All of these reasons are why I give the Front Lounge & Panti my hard earned cash.

Well if people feel this strong. Just to echo what jent has said. Complain to capital bars. Thats the only way we will get things to change. The more who complain the quicker somehthing will get done.

Yeah very true.  It was rotten and uncomfortable.

The girls are the worse in fairness, dancing around their handbags and not giving a fuck! They might think they can do that in a straight club and what they want but a little respect would be nice.

And so Rude - if you ask them to politely fuck off they give ya attitude!

I love the George and hope this temporary problem is addressed.

Capital Bars should put a response to all these comments but its not up to Karen to do this
Karen is one of the few great Assets that Capital bars have left for us punters
She wouldnt be responsible for all these changes that are happening
