    GLITZ @ Break For The Border

    Ireland's longest running weekly gay club night, Glitz has been the Tuesday choice for gay people and friends in the capital since 2003 and brought weekend standard clubbing to mid-week socialising.

    Held in the downstairs club of the Break For The Border complex on Lower Stephen's Street, it features a large dancefloor with DJs Fluffy & Ruth providing an upbeat commercial dance set, hostesses April Showers & Victoria Secret, occasional shows and theme/event nights plus regular big U.K. & Irish pop and dance music acts past and present. A big emphasis on fun and friendly atmosphere make it a lively, colourful and popular fixture on the weekly gay social calendar.

    Glitz is open every Tuesday at 11pm with bar and music until 2.30am. Admission is E9 or E6 before midnight with concession (these are available beforehand at April's Casting Couch in The Front Lounge and in The Dragon) or with valid student i.d.
