Just got this on facebook! I had heard about it last summer- its the old Capstain Lounge that has been renovated- so excited to visit! Muriels is such a great bar- so glad they are doing an all gay version!
Hi guys, well it seems winter has finally arrived but never fear cos if
you want some hot hot fun then come along to Belfast's newest GAY bar
and nightclub! If you love Muriels then your gonna love this
place...........hidden above little wing pizza is where we're at. The
bar is open 7 days a week for food, drinks and good tunes with the
nightclub opening Thursday, Friday, Saturday until 3am and Sunday until
late.
Why not come and check us out to see what all the fuss is about x

has it opened yet. its not very clear on the fb page. spend a lot of time up north, and JUST LOVE murials. spainiard is grand but a little too scummy. belfast needs a pantibar / flounge pre club bar SOOOO badly. looking forward to checking it out.

I'm not sure- I know they just opened Little Wing a few weeks ago (which is cute as button!) so I would say it probably is by now.
I'll be up in a couple of weeks for a visit- cant wait to check it out.

It’s all quite surreal. The capital has a scene dying and the demands of narcissistic anti dance conservatives can be heard everywhere yet the second city is booming. Maybe it’s a protestant thing.
Do Protestants make better gays than Catholics?

Yes they don't have the guilt. Looking forward to checking out this new bar. Going up to belfast to to do some christmas shopping soon.

I can confirm its open! My mate has been -aparently its on two levels- a small parisian style bar (like Muriels) with table service and upstairs there is a small dancefloor. He liked it but reckons the music in the club was pretty bad- thats the one thing Im shocked about- the music in Muriels and Spaniard has always been great.
