Ah for gods sake..Snickers is doing this thread for fun, and is putting his own time and effort into it ?

Why are people pissing and moaning about what songs appear where  ?

It's not the end of the world.....jeez!!

Erm, I think people are reading too much in to the replies to be honest. I have my tongue firmly in cheek when I'm giving out about what made the chart. It's a bleedin poll of about 10 users on a queer site and I think it's fair to say, we're all having a laugh

That's my point. The thread is for a laugh and some fun. I just thought some of the comments regarding the poll results were a little uncalled for and dare I say sneering.  All we had to do was vote for whatever songs we liked. No big deal really!

But that's the thing, Kerrangle, perhaps you're reading too much in to the replies. People are having a laugh, not sneering. It's only a bleedin poll.

Now shurrup and tell me what songs you voted, and if you didn't vote The One, I'm gonna reef ya

Sitting in at Number 9 is our third and last single from Enjoy Yourself.Complete with one of her worst videos where she struggles with a deck chair and performs the song on what appears to be Wogan the single was the follow up to Hand On Your Heart and got to Number 2.I remember listening to the Irish charts and this never entered that chart maybe Impossible Prince can tell me why ?

Not only is the video a bit "Um ok" but the single cover was a lovely ...beige !!!???  But this was voted enough to become our second Top Ten position so here goes....

This is somewhat of a mystery! As far as I can remember at the time of release this did go top 5, but it seems to have been erased from all Irish chart history! Checked any Irish chart stats and its just not there! I have even been onto IRMA about this before and they have no idea why...

One other possible reason is that around this time some of Kylies singles in Ireland where released through a different record label so there were problems and sales maybe didn't count towards the Irish chart, as the single might have been classed as an 'import' ??

It's a grand song. Possibly a little over-rated in this chart but it's a democratic vote.  Why complain if someone likes something more than you do?
